Fight inflammaging

You've tried everything, anti-wrinkle creams, collagen, but did you know that skin aging is due to a phenomenon of chronic inflammation?

This is called inflammaging, a term combining “inflammation” and “aging”.. Inflammaging is a form of low-grade chronic inflammation and oxidation that appears with age. This phenomenon accelerates the degradation of collagen and elastin, and hinders the natural process of cell renewal. At skin level, this results in a loss of firmness and elasticity, an uneven and dull complexion, brown or red spots, the appearance of fine lines and increased dehydration.

In other words, inflammaging can cause visible damage to the skin, contributing to premature aging.

To combat these effects, it is important to maintain a proper skin care routine throughout life. This may include adequate hydration, regular sun protection and a balanced diet rich in antioxidants. The new thing is to add the consumption of natural anti-inflammatories.

Two plant extracts, PEA and myrrh, have attracted interest for their potential in the fight against skin aging.

We have already told you about PEA and its role in reducing inflammation. It is an interesting new molecule also for anti-aging skin care. This substance is produced naturally in the body in response to stressful situations. The production of PEA decreases with age, hence the appearance of the phenomenon of inflammaging.

Des recherches ont montré que la consommation de PEA (sous forme d’extrait d’algues) produit des effets bénéfiques sur la peau. Skin redness is often a sign of underlying inflammation, and PEA helps calm this inflammation, helping to achieve a more even, calm complexion.

Myrrh, in the form of a plant extract, contains antioxidants which will neutralize the free radicals responsible for premature aging of the skin. It is traditionally used for its healing and soothing properties, which can be beneficial for skin repair.

By incorporating a dermatological food supplement based on PEA and myrrh into your daily routine, you can obtain visible results against skin aging.

The Yunova Pharma laboratory has developed an innovative food supplement: Perinerve®. It is a unique formula combining a highly bioavailable PEA from algae and a plant extract, Commiphora Myrrha, as well as B group vitamins, for better synergy of action. Initially prescribed by Rheumatologists for joint comfort, it is currently recommended by innovative dermatologists for its anti-aging effects.

Perinerve is recommended as a three-month one-pill-a-day program.

It is interesting to combine Omega 3, which acts on the elasticity and suppleness of the skin, thus preventing the appearance of wrinkles. They also help limit water loss from the skin and maintain the hydro-lipid barrier.

A diet rich in Omega 3 can include fatty fish such as salmon, sardines, and mackerel, as well as plant sources like flaxseeds and walnuts.

Yunova® Pharma offers you Nutrineural® Omega 3, a vegan Omega 3 made from algae containing 250 mg of DHA for normal brain functioning, one capsule per day.
