A multidisciplinary approach..<\/h2>\n

There is no miracle cure that will relieve your stubborn pain overnight. The preferred strategy is global and personalized support. The idea is to combine several tracks. The drug and interventional approach through infiltrations, neurostimulation. We add physiotherapy and occupational therapy which are physical practices and then psychological ones such as CBT for example.<\/p>\n

Medications are the basis of treatment, but are not enough on their own. Classic analgesics such as paracetamol, anti-inflammatories, opiates have an effectiveness that is exhausted in the long term. Some doctors end up prescribing treatments that act on central sensitization with antidepressants, and antiepileptics, with the side effects that we know. To better manage your pain sensation, you can use complementary methods such as acupuncture, sophrology, hypnosis and meditation, yoga, etc.<\/p>\n
